The law firm of Phenix, Phenix, & Crump was founded by the late James N. Phenix, Sr. He founded the firm on the fundamental principle of helping others. Jim Phenix, Sr., in his 46 years of practice, helped thousands of injured Texans. Now the firm is managed by J. R. "Rusty" Phenix, the youngest son of Jim Phenix, Sr., who has been practicing law in East Texas since 1984.
