The law firm of Phenix, Phenix, & Crump was founded on the fundamental principle of helping others by the late James N. Phenix, Sr. During his 46 years of practice, Jim Phenix, Sr. served and helped thousands of injured Texans. Now the firm is managed by John R. "Rusty" Phenix, the youngest son of Jim Phenix, Sr., who has been practicing law in East Texas since 1984.
